Listing Duration

Standard listings are active for 90 days from the posting date.
Listings expire automatically unless renewed.

Renewal Policy

Users may renew listings manually before or after expiration, subject to availability.
Renewal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of renewal.
Renewed listings restart a new 90-day listing period.
Expired listings may be removed permanently if not renewed.

Featured Listings

Featured listings receive enhanced visibility, which may include:
- Priority placement in search results
- Highlighted styling
- Homepage or category promotion
Featured placement does not guarantee sales or inquiries.

Fees and Refunds

All renewal and featured listing fees are non-refundable.
Removal of a listing for policy violations does not entitle the user to a refund.
Heavy Trader Hub may modify pricing or features at any time.

Platform Discretion

Heavy Trader Hub reserves the right to:

Limit the number of featured listings
Remove featured status at any time for policy violations

Listing Accuracy

Prohibited Listings
